What you eat is one of the single most important aspects of leading a healthy lifestyle. As a dietitian for the last 20 years, one thing remains a constant... what you put in your body makes a difference in your ability to prevent illness. Food is powerful and it can be your medicine. I have worked with people across the age spectrum, from infants, children and teens, to adults and seniors. Time and again, when my clients come back to me and say "I've never felt better," "I have more energy, "or "my clothes feel less tight," it reaffirms the strong connection between food and health. Helping you achieve a better sense of well-being is food for my soul.
My approach takes your lifestyle into consideration within a realistic framework; one size does not fit all. What works is unique to you. No rigid plans or fads here, no judgments and no "no-no's!"
